oHandle is an AI-Powered knowledgebase engine. You start by uploading your existing knowledgebase content. Once the content is published, your users and customers can ask questions in natural language and oHandle will respond with meaningful answers. It's not a text search. It utilizes machine learning algorithms to understand the meaning of your query and generates an answer based on your published content.

What is a brand @handle?

As a platform, oHandle can serve multiple businesses from a single interface. The end-users or customers connect to a service provider (like you) by starting the conversation with your @handle. For e.g., once a user sends @tesla in the oHandle chat box, they get connected to the Tesla's knowledgebase. Any queries made thereafter will fetch answers based on content owned and published by Tesla.

Who is a Service Provider?

Service provider can be any business like yours. A Service provider needs to signup with oHandle to create an account. They upload their knowledge base (documents and articles) and publish the same. Once the content is ready, the users or customers of the service provider can ask questions on oHandle Web or WhatsApp number and get meaningful answers generated from the content.

What is content management?

As a service provider, you start by uploading your content on oHandle platform. You can organize your content into multiple categories and multiple articles within each category. Categorization doesn't affect oHandle's capabilities, its only for easy management of content at your end. You keep full control on your content and can make revisions as and when necessary.

What is the role of WhatsApp?

oHandle is accessible on Web and WhatsApp. Users can connect with your business on WhatsApp by sending your @handle (for e.g. @tesla) to a specific number (visible in your account). We'll also issue you a QR Code to use across your website and product brochures. Your users can scan this QR to instantly start the WhatsApp chat. Once connected, users can ask queries on the chat itself and get answers within seconds.

How do you bill the usage?

oHandle provides you a free trial of 7 days with 1,000 welcome credits to get started. Credits are utilized whenever you publish a piece of content (article). Credits are also consumed when a query is answered on Web or WhatsApp. We provide a monthly subscription plan where you get a fixed number of credits every month.
